Depression: Conscious Alternatives

Although medication is often useful in the treatment of depression, you may want to consider additional or alternative interventions. With conscious commitment, it is possible to interrupt depression. In this program you will examine the personal belief systems that support depression and access your capacity to live a fuller, more joyful life.

This program is for you if:

  • Depression: Conscious AlternativesYou are experiencing depression
  • You have worked your way out of depression and want to focus on prevention
  • You are concerned for someone you know who is depressed
  • You are a professional working with people who experience depression

Format: In these five days of education and experiential learning, you will gain a wide variety of take-home skills to enrich either your personal or professional life. You will mobilize your breath and energy, access your feelings and creativity, and enjoy the pleasure of body movement.
